We offer free ground shipping to the contiguous 48 U.S. States for any order over $100. If your order is less than $100, we will charge you a flat rate shipping cost of $7.95.

In-stock items ship within 1-3 business days.

Depending on your order, some items may be split across multiple shipments, and items ordered on the same day may not ship together depending on their size.

Occasionally, items may be out of stock or back-ordered. If you purchase an item on back-order, we will keep you updated by email with an expected date of shipment.

Unfortunately we're not able to ship to P.O. boxes at this time.

Please also note that we don't ship on Saturdays, Sundays, or national holidays. Orders placed on weekends and after 1 PM CST on weekdays will not ship until the next business day.

Since the majority of our products are handmade in small batches, occasionally items have a delayed shipping date. If this is the case, we will keep you regularly updated by email on its progress.

Yes we do ship to Alaska and Hawaii, however free ground shipping is not available at this time. Orders to these states require separate shipping rates. Please email us at so that we can calculate these costs for you.

If you are not completely satisfied you may return or exchange unused, undamaged merchandise in the original packaging, within 30 days, for a full refund - excluding shipping charges.

Refunds will be credited to your original method of payment.

We will then mail you a pre-paid shipping label so that you can return your items to us.

Return shipping charges are non-refundable and the responsibility of the buyer. 

It is the responsibility of the buyer to ensure the item is adequately packaged for return. Pack your return in a sturdy box with adequate padding to protect the item.

Once received by us, we will send you an email notification to arrange a refund to your original payment method (less the shipping costs).

Processing can take up to two weeks for returns - and it can take 3 to 5 business days for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Please note that all sale items purchased are final sale and cannot be returned.

We take particular care in packaging all our orders. If you find that your item arrives damaged, or if you received the wrong item, please contact us immediately at, so that we can help resolve the issue and make it right.

If your item was a gift, send us an email at and we will be able to assist you to initiate your return in a discreet manner.

You will receive a gift certificate in the amount of the purchased gift so that you can exchange for a preferred item (less the return shipping cost).
